Jaya One
Jaya One is a mixed development on 12 acres of land, situated on a brownfield site, which was revamped by the company in tandem with MBPJ to revitalize Petaling Jaya’s Section 13. Construction of the first phase began in 2004, transforming 7 acres into today’s vibrant mix of commercial offices, restaurants, bars, and performing arts center known as PJ Live Arts. Since 2008, Jaya One aims to position itself as a hub for the creative community.
In 2009, planning began for a second phase covering the remaining 4 acres of land. To continue the spirit of its creative positioning in the community, Jaya One embarked on its next groundbreaking project: The School. Located along Jalan Universiti, Jaya 1 enjoys superb patronage.
