Menara Maxis Tower
Maxis Tower (also known as Menara Maxis) is a commercial building that consists of 49-storey with the height of 213 meters. It fully belongs to Maxis and is the headquarters of Maxis Communication and Tanjong Plc Group of Companies. The development was under phase 1 of the KLCC project, which was developed by KLCC Property Holdings (KLCCP).
Maxis Tower is located off Jalan Ampang in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, which also just adjacent to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. It has a gross built-up area of 750,000 sf, and some outstanding features namely triple height entrance lobby and a 4-storey atrium hall which are impressive and designed by Kevin Roche, John DInkeloo & Associates (USA) and NR Associates.
There are facilities such as large conference room, auditorium, and covered car park with 24-hour security system provided in Maxis Tower. Other than that, there are plenty of amenities where you can easily access at the vicinity such as Suria KLCC shopping mall, banks, local and foreign restaurants, hotels, embassies and so on.
